Return Policy
At Flying B Skid Co., we strive for complete customer satisfaction. We do not offer returns on any custom trailers, skids, or equipment. If shipping is the cause of damage, then a claim must be made with the carrier. Once an ACH payment is submitted your purchase can no longer be refunded. Your build will be entered into the que to begin being built. Manufacturer defects can be returned on certain items. All returns are subject to an inspection process before a refund is issued.
Shipping Policy
We offer secure and professional shipping for all our custom skids, trailers, and equipment across the country. Our logistics team works with trusted freight carriers to ensure your equipment arrives safely and on time. Delivery times vary depending on the complexity of the build and the delivery location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please ensure that someone is available to receive and inspect the equipment upon delivery. Any visible damage to the packaging or equipment must be noted on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves to facilitate any necessary claims.
Warranty & Support
Flying B Skid Co. provides a 30-day limited warranty on all custom manufacturing to ensure it meets our rigorous standards of professional performance. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship issues. Components such as engines, pumps, and reels are covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties, and we are happy to assist you in coordinating support with these partners if needed. Regular maintenance is essential to the longevity of your equipment. Damage resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized modifications is not covered by this warranty.
